ae999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Gaming is for enjoyment — not for stress. ae999 is committed to ensuring the safety of every player and helps you build healthy gaming habits.
When Gaming Stays as Entertainment
ae999 believes that online gaming should be entirely for entertainment — like spending enjoyable time with family and friends. However, just like any form of entertainment, it can become a problem if limits are not respected. That is why we encourage every player to build mindful and responsible gaming habits.
Alongside ensuring SSL encryption and fair play on our platform, we treat responsible gaming as a core priority. By using the guidelines and features described below, you can keep gaming enjoyable.
Key Features of Responsible Gaming
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. This tool is the most effective way to prevent going beyond your budget. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can request to have your account fully closed for a set period through self-exclusion. Our support team will assist you.
Session Time Limits
You can set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the set time is up, a warning message appears to help you take a break.
Gaming History Review
You can view your gaming history, deposit, and withdrawal details at any time. Staying aware of your own habits is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support Service
Our support team is always here for any concern about gaming. Assistance is available in both Bengali and English via live chat or email.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If the following signs appear, it means gaming is getting out of control. Being aware in time makes it possible to avoid problems.
Spending Beyond Your Budget
Spending money beyond your set budget or using money meant for bills on gaming.
Chasing Losses
Placing increasingly larger bets repeatedly in an attempt to recover losses after losing.
Hiding from Family and Friends
Concealing gaming habits or spending from family and close ones.
Neglecting Daily Responsibilities
Focusing on gaming while neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities.
Unable to Stop Gaming
Continuing to play even after deciding in your mind to stop.
The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming
Following these simple rules keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
Set Your Budget in Advance
Before starting a game, decide the maximum amount you will spend — and not a single taka beyond that.
Stick to Your Time Limit
Set a maximum time for each session. Watch the clock while you play — when time is up, step away.
Don't Chase Losses
If you lose in a session, do not try to win that money back. Start fresh the next day with a clear head.
Don't Play on Impulse
Avoid gaming when you are stressed, angry, or frustrated. Play with a calm mind.
Don't Think of Gaming as a Source of Income
Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is never a reliable source of income.
