1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ae999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses any service provided by ae999 ("User", "you").

ae999 is an online gaming and betting platform that offers Bangladeshi players cricket betting, online slots, casino games, and other entertainment gaming services. All services are operated through the ae999.mom domain.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use ae999's services. Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. ae999 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Notify our support team immediately if you detect any unauthorised access to your account. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ae999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

Once a request has been successfully processed, funds generally arrive in your registered mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.4 Verification

ae999 may request supporting documents to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.5 Fraud Prevention

If there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering, ae999 may freeze the funds in the relevant account until an investigation is concluded. If irregularities are proven, the funds may be forfeited.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To qualify for the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount received (wagering requirement). The calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• ae999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is suspected, the relevant bonus may be cancelled.
• A promotional offer can be claimed only once — the same person, household, device, or IP address may not attempt to claim it again.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Nature of Gaming Services

ae999 offers various types of gaming services, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino, slot games, and other entertainment gaming products. All games carry both the possibility of winning and losing, and outcomes are determined in a completely impartial manner.

5.2 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an abnormal outcome occurs due to a technical error, ae999 reserves the right to void that round or bet and refund the original stake.

5.3 System Failure

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to technical issues, loss of internet connection, or server problems, ae999 will settle it in accordance with standard rules. ae999 is not liable for connection issues caused by any third party.

5.4 Fair Play & RNG

All game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. ae999 is committed to ensuring fair play.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users to engage in dishonest gaming.
• Unauthorised use of your own or another person's account details.
• Conducting any activity against the reputation or business interests of ae999.
• Unauthorised access to or cyber attacks on the platform's technical infrastructure.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by ae999

ae999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Direction by a law enforcement authority.
• Long-term inactive account (no login for more than 12 consecutive months).

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before closure. If you request Self-Exclusion under responsible gaming, we will process it on a priority basis.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Expectations arising from claims or promises made outside of these Terms.
• Financial or emotional loss resulting from not achieving expected earnings from gaming.
• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, government directives, cyber attacks, and similar events.

11 Changes & Amendments to Terms

ae999 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to publish a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any change will be taken as your agreement to the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue in effect.
